Shipping Information

Where do we deliver and how much is the shipping rate?

*usage of parcel or box depending your item size, quantity and type.

How long does delivery takes?

Local delivery will take 1 – 3 working days and international delivery may take 5 – 7 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.

If I opted for Delivery by Rider how much do I have to pay?

For Delivery by Rider, you will be charged RM35 per delivery. You will be informed before delivery is made. We usually advise our customer in the Klang Valley area to opt for delivery options (provided your item is less than 5) as you will be receiving your item the same day.

Has my order been shipped/prepared yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you an email or message a tracking code for you to keep and eye on the status of your parcel. 

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 to 48 hours for it to be processed and appear on their system. If your order was completed during weekend/public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day

How will I know if my parcel is ready?

Customers will be informed once item is ready for store pickup.

How long will the store hold my orders?

Your orders should be picked up no later than 5 days from the said date to be picked up. Failure to do so, your item will be considered as in store items (ready stock) and please be advise that YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
