Strictly NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGE when item has been purchased other than this situation :-
– The item you received is not authentic (only applicable for bags and accessories) however, Lady Vogue reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange.
– If by any chance, you received the wrong size, item or colour, you may fill this return form here (link to form)
– Returns and exchange are only accepted if :-

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Invoice available
  3. All packaging are still available (boxes and paper bags)
  4. Original condition & tags intact
  5. Full priced items only

In any case, the item you request for exchange is not available, due to the reason of wrong item received, you will be reimbursed the full payment.

 

In those 2 special cases, how do I return something to you?
You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and tags are still attached). Please pack your items carefully and ensure it is secured.


How do I know my returned item has been received?
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.


Will you refund me my delivery charge?
Yes, (only for the two situation mentioned above) Just provide us with the photo of postage receipt and your bank details and we will proceed to refund the amount to you.


Can I collect or return the product at the store?
Kindly be informed that walk-in return/ pickup are available upon request. You may arrange a free pick-up at our showroom by contacting us at +60 19-656 8360
